    Yes this is true after the first yrs you bill is higher… However, all you have to do is call the accounting/contract dept and have them review your bill and ask for a new promotion charges. If the customer rep can’t help you ask to speak to a manager and they Wil help you out and give you discounts. I went from a $112.00 to am $220. After the first yr. After the manager help me out, my bill went down to $146.00 and he back dated for me so I got more credits coming to me.. super happy.

    See you in two years. Why is it that a good service like U-Verse has to use the high charges to existing customers to subsidize the low entry costs for new customers? Hopefully, one of the MBA programs will grasp the idea that loyal customers are the backbone of a corporation’s success.

    U-verse is very expensive. outside the promo offers it is more than all the others and the ondemand movies are more as well! you would think that AT&T would provide customers with movie coupons to at least bring it down to what i pay at video store to keep me as a customer. I mean; this promo only good for a year! what ya think is going to happen after that? I dunno but saving money is my ambition!!!
