A:If you order online, you will be taken to Paypal to pay for your order. If you would prefer to pay by card over the phone you can do. Ampulla can send pro formas upon request and take payment by BACS or cheque. Please note, goods cannot be despatched until payment has cleared. The only exception to this is customers who have credit accounts, where payment is within 30 days.
Q:Can I change my order?
A:Once an order has been placed, it cannot be amended. If you would like to cancel your order and place a new one, please phone Ampulla, tel: 0161 367 1414, and Ampulla can refund you then place and take payment for your new order, or charge you the difference if your new order is more expensive than your previous one.
Q:Can I collect and avoid delivery charges?
A:Yes, simply add goods to your basket and near the end of the process, click collect instead of deliver. Please be aware that pallet quantities require a large vehicle and forklift truck to move them.
