You notify them within 60 days of ordering that you no longer wish to use DNA products and services, and you haven't sent the sample back to them for processing. If you meet the above requirements and return the unopened sample package to them within 30 days from the date of your request, you will only receive a partial refund of the purchase price.

What is the price adjustment strategy?

Family Tree DNA does not allow price adjustments to be made when prices are reduced for orders purchased before or after a sale or promotion.

How to count the exchange rate?

Refunds for any international orders will be made at the current exchange rate in U.S dollars at the time of request. Therefore, due to changes in currency exchange rates, customers may receive more or less refunds than they paid for.
