About My Grandma's of New England
My Grandma's of New England started the industry in 1990 with their original cinnamon walnut coffee cake - and for good reason. These decadent, food-worthy cakes are made with the finest, freshest ingredients. The moisture and flavor of the cake are unparalleled. All the cakes are handmade and certified kosher under orthodox supervision. My Grandma's of New England began baking coffee cakes in a small 250-square-foot bakery in a remote area of Newton, Massachusetts. Grandma baked her famous cinnamon and walnut coffee cake in the kitchen, word of mouth, and business grew steadily. Soon, customers drove as far as an hour away and bought one of her cakes, which was still heated in the oven. It sold out every day. Around the big holiday, word spread that if you want your family to eat a piece of cake, you must place an order at least a week in advance.
