In 1984, Hi-Time Wine Cellars moved to nearby oger street in costa mesa; where they built one of the largest underground temperature-controlled wine cellars in the United States. In a true family business, you'll find three generations working in the store on any given day, and a dedicated and knowledgeable staff, many of whom have been there for 20 years or more. They offer premium service; prices and options under one roof, including a 3,000-square-foot, climate-controlled underground wine cellar.
