I paid £199 for a coach bag at the Ashford outlet in June 2023, I used it 5 times max, I took its on holiday in the July 2023, and noticed the stitching on the handle was coming away, I could not use the bag due to the handle being weak from the stitching, I contacted Dan the manager, who insisted I could not replace it as it was just over the 6 weeks policy, he stated that I had to return it to the store for them to see if it could be repaired, on both accounts this would mean me travelling via train 1 hour 23 min each way to take and collect the bag at my expense, I stated that that I was not willing to spend the time and money on a item that was not fit for purpose,.
I was super scared after reading these reviews (after I ordered a coat). The coat is perfect, true to size and reviews. Super fast shipping. I've only ordered once and had no problems, so I can't speak on customer service... but for sure I will order from here again.
Not sure why the parent company (Tapestry, Inc.) is the one listed here for "Coach Outlet" but I thought Tapestry owns 2 other companies aside from Coach Inc., - Kate Spade New York and Stuart Weitzman. I haven't bought anything from the last company but I love both Coach and Kate Spade. I purchased from Coach stores in the US as well and mostly via the outlet online - coachoutlet.com. From Kate Spade, I buy from both retail and outlet as well.
I had a terrible experience with Coach Outlet. I placed an order but I never received the item. The courier returned it to Coach Outlet, and I have been trying to get a refund for over two weeks now.
horrible experience. went to their website placed an order and my credit card was charged right away. Site said allow 3-5days or processing and shipment. received confirmation order was successfully placed. waited over a week with order still pending status. my item still available to purchase. over a week later. no word. i utilize their web chat and they tell me. “oh that items is sold out. we won’t be getting anymore stock. i’ll refund ur card and here’s a 25$ gift card. horrible. incompetent. why wasn’t i told when it became sold out. why was i permitted to oder?? incompetent. told them to keep the gift card and i went elsewhere. won’t be visiting their sites or stores again!! i don’t trust them
I agree the website is slow and always has been.I've been buying COACH for my wife for years due to their warranty. The hoodies are better quality than my CARHARTT. The backpack and purses are warranties for life. The sneakers do not run true to size so read the reviews on whether to side up or down. Other than that they ship fast and coach and coach outlet have always shipped in time for xmas. Hope they make the website faster and start making more hoodies and joggers.yoga pants and motorcycle gear would be great to see.
I ordered an item for a Christmas gift on Nov. 28th. On Dec 18th I contacted them as to order status and was told it was sold out. Now it is too late to get another quality item. Their response was an apology and 10% off another item. But this close to the holiday, there are not any items that I am interested in. I've been calling and chatting with online agents for the last 10 days and was assured time and again that it would ship from a retail store and make it for Christmas. It wasn't until I escalated it to a supervisor that the truth came out. Such poor customer service.
If this site is not a scam, Coach should be absolutely ashamed to have their name on it. Order ran weeks late, i was given no notice as to when to expect it or why it was late, and the tracking number hardly worked. They did this right around Christmas, no less. Still have not received my order so, in effect, i was robbed by them on Christmas. Nice.
I bought a bag for more than a week and received a email confirmed my order, it canceled but didn’t get money back for more than one week, even did not have email to notify me the order was canceled until I logged in the website and didn’t see my order anymore. They charged my money, don’t send anything to me and don’t notice me, it is a cheater. I bought a Beckett Slim Brief With Check Geo Print from them. The quality is worse than cheap $15 Chinese bags. The divider tab turned out to be made of leather substitute and began to peel off even when I had never used the briefcase. Think about it - new, never used with labels. The whole design does not stand up to any criticism, if I put my Lenovo think pad in my briefcase, then both side pockets open. From now on I will never buy the Coach brand - this is rubbish of the unworthy and 10 percent of the price paid.

I ordered a bag during their Black Friday deals, and realized after a day that it wasn't the bag I really wanted, so I sent a nice email asking if they could cancel the transaction. It took a couple days to get a response, but they had no problem doing it. Refund was processed to my bank within two days. Ordered the bag I bag I wanted, and while processing took longer than normal, it's understandable given the circumstances. I will say it takes about a week once something ships to get to your house.
I have bought a number of items from Coach and the Coach Outlet over the years. This year I had a problem with an item being taken out of the UPS box. One of the two items in that particular package. Of course the more expensive item. Retail 600. Along with its packing tag. The other item left intact with its packing tag. I was mortified. I called, and went on line looking for help from UPS to no avail. I called Coach, at the number on the 1 Coach Way tag. They not only had a human, Raquel, who answered... but she was able to note the account and immediately 2 day ship a replacement to me at no charge. I don't understand why someone would steal something obviously intended for Xmas. I do know that as I have been buying items for my wife from Coach for years, their brand and its reputation is well deserved. Thank you Raquel for seeing a customer's need and helping. Merry Xmas...

My order arrived 2 days after placing my order and that's with regular shipping. I do live within a few hundred miles of where it was shipped from but still. They processed the order so quickly. The bag is adorable and of good quality and came with the tags.

As I have read most of the negative reviews I am legitimately surprised. I have ordered easily 20 times from this site and have had nothing but a positive experience. I have also ordered online and picked up from the outlet store in Edenburgh Indiana. My items have just about always shipped out in a time manner, in about 4 days from when I have ordered. I have only had one experience when it took a week to ship out! So I would say do not let these negative reviews deter you from ordering from this site and getting a nice discount! I would highly recommend it!

I ordered the Gallery Tote, light tan canvas with chalk handles. It was packaged well, all zipper pulls covered, stuffing where needed and was placed in a Coach plastic shipping bag. I am in Canada and did research BEFORE I ordered both an accordian zip wallet and Lillie carryall, both with silver hardware. Each reached me, after shipping, within 3 days. Further, I had originally ordered a file crossbody, but it was backordered and looked like it would be for a while. They offered me my choice of bag for the same price (at least 75$ US more than my original order). I was very impressed by this. If you do your research and you know anything at all about Coach they only have a few certified sites (and stores of course) which sell the legitimate, authentic product. These are www.coach.com, www.coachoutlet.com, world.coach.com or at authorized department stores and specialty stores. You are otherwise not buying an authentic coach product.

I asked him for a tracking number for my package, assuming he had one on his end, because I didn’t receive one on my end. So he asked for my order # I gave it to him he verified all my personal info and then tells me my PACKAGE has not even been shipped yet. Hmmmm... Okay sir but I PAID like a 2day shipping for this “Mother’s Day” gift From the 3rd/4th of MAY we are 7PM May 6th an it hasn’t SHIPPED?... By far my favorite brand of all time! Congrats to Tapestry for still putting value into this brand. This brand is a great intro to anyone wanting to get into the feel of luxury. Coach Outelt and Coach are different in terms of production and quality. To be quite frank, Coach Outlet is good and Coach is superb.I applaud Coach for making a comeback and revamping their image. The inclusion of mainstream celebrities made the brand receive much attention it needed. Diversity is essential and Coach is playing their cards right. Coach and Micheal Kors will always be neck on neck as Micheal Kors is trying to revamp their image as well. Kate Spade is another company owned by Tapestry but their image is not booming yet. Cute and Girl is a fantastic concept but it deserves much mainstream attention.
I ordered April 10 and received it May 11, it was supposed to be a birthday present but didn't come on time, was supposed to receive it april 29. Almost lost my hope if I'll be getting my order at all. The shipment is very confusing, they give you two different tracking numbers, 1 from usps and 1 from ups, and when you click ups tracking number it will show a different usps tracking number, maybe because they shipped the items that you ordered separately? Still waiting for the other item that I ordered same time. Quality of the purse is great though, it's really cute. Smaller than what you see in the picture, but you get what you paid for. Will order again, way way ahead of time next time. Update today is May 22 and I just received the other item I ordered, Took 7 weeks. Quality of the product is great. Will definitely order again.

I emailed the real www.coach.com and asked about authorized coach websites online, and there are many fakes BUT www.coachoutlet.com is an authorized coach retailer. I'm looking to order in the near future, and this is great due to an outlet store being a hundred plus miles away from me! I would like to hear more input on this website.
