HiI travelled from Sheffield to Aberdeen on 18th December 2022. It was a return jounery. I was bit concerned after reading the reviews on Trust Pilot. I had great experience on punctuality, comfort and customer service.
Recently did London to Chester. Excellent service. Comfortable and clean bus. Great staff at Victoria and onboard. Even got a email and text informing me of a 10 minute delay - great service. Happy to recommend and will definitely use FlixBus again.

Bought 2 tickets from Aberdeen to Glasgow, £0.99 each, promotion. Bargain. The whole travel experience was excellent, very comfortable, loads of leg room (I'm 6ft01 tall), the bus clean and smelt fresh. Couldn't praise it more. The driver of the bus was very friendly and helpful. He looked very well for the safety of his passengers, was informing us of the upcoming stops, was checking if the passengers had their seatbelt on, drived very smoothly and safely. Fabulous service, will definitely use Flexi Bus again as the prices are cheaper then megubus and citylink even if not in promotion and service is top notch.
Great service, reliable & an absolute bargain!I took the service from Warrington to London Victoria and return. Fabulous service on swish Mercedes Benz coaches with air conditioning. Really can't find fault reading the other reviews. Both coaches were on time.Each journey was £7.99!
I travelled from Manchester to Greece mainly with Flixbus over 3 week period. The Flixbus app was very easy to use and the coaches where fairly cheap. I changed my route a few times on my journey and I would get a refund minus £5 admin fee which I think is fair. I usually got 2 seats to myself. Coaches where modern with toilet. Coaches usually had USB ports for charging phone. I caught around 12 coaches only one was delayed over 2 hours. I messaged Flixbus and they gave me a refund and I booked new coach for the day after. Overall had a great experience with this company
Flixbus is one of the best coach company’s. Very good prices across the board and the drivers I have had are very professional. I have autism and all I can say is iv been treat by staff and drivers very well and when the stop at each station they have let me off for a bit of fresh air which not a lot of coach’s let you do that Only thing they need to do to improve is they need more direct routes for example Newcastle upon Tyne to Manchester and maybe even a Newcastle upon Tyne to Liverpool coach
Stoke to London on boxing dayI didn't realise there were no trains running at all and so looked for alternatives. The only route was flixbus stoke to london one journey on that day. It was a life saver as I had work the next day so had to get back. Comfy seats and friendly driver and it was on time. Good price too 👍
The Derby to London route is very well organized, the drivers are good too. I can't speak about other routes because I have not used them and because the routes are run by different bus companies. Maybe some companies are better than others, but all identify under the umbrella name of Flixbus.
Travelled from London to Sheffield. Incredible value, leather seats, working charger ports and very clean. We had a prompt, smooth drive. Maybe we were lucky as many reviews here are negative.

I think we were pretty blessed with our driver Rob: what a legend and great guy. I can't sing his praises enough. We had some heavy traffic to contend with but he was always friendly, polite, professional, informative, and funny. It's honestly the best customer service I've experienced - impeccable. I only hope my communication skills will be that good one day. The drive down to London from Derby was also good. Such great service and experience should be recognised, thank you. I would travel with Flixbus again - continuously, at this great and affordable price.
You get what you pay for springs to mind. If you want to get from A to B for a cheap price, you book with Flixbus.Departure was on time and arrival was 5 minutes early on my trip from London Finchley Road to Newcastle. There are no service breaks on this stop but if you arrive early to a stop, the drivers will let you stretch your legs or have a vape/cigarette as long as you don't take liberties like one passenger who left to go for a coffee, even though he was told he wasn't allowed to, and got left behind. Some would think that's appalling but he was told not to go and he decided to ignore that. It's their own fault and all in all I thought our 2 drivers were professional and didn't want to let down the 50 other passengers for one ignorant person.My coach had power outlets but they were only USB chargers so if you have a USB-C charger like me then you're a little screwed, hence the 4 stars.Would I travel with FlixBus again? Sure, they were quick and cheap. Can't get any better
Reading the reviews of appalling service, I was really worried before getting the coach to/from London/Leicester. No complaints from me. Outward left 6 mins late, but arrived 15 mins early. Return left on time & again arrived 15 mins early. Minor gripe - no nets on the seats to put stuff. Really good value & I would travel again with them
Journey: Perth to Glasgow. Bus was on time, arrived on time. It was fine. If you have ever been on the night bus to London it was that vibe. As other reviews pre paid seat selection would be unworkable unless you got on where the bus started from.
The journey From London to Chester was OK. The seat allocation was non existent as was the WiFi sand any paper or soap in the tiny loo. Fortunately for me the other people with reservations for my seat boarded at Finchley Rd and I had boarded at Victoria but we paid extra to reserve a seat that’s really not good.You need to come prepared because there’s no opportunity to buy food, drink or water so if you brought none you’ll be 5+hrs without.The female driver’s driving was really smooth and the male driver who took over in Birmingham was friendly when I got off at Chester
Used Flix Bus for a return journey from London to Edinburgh 8th of October day of train strikes. We were supposed to be travelling by train but at last minute had to book the bus. Have to say was not looking forward to the long bus journey. but our experience was a good one.2 Drivers from Glasgow, efficient, friendly, chatty and helpful. Kept us informed of up and coming stops often with a touch of humour. Bus left London bang on time, 9am.We had working WiFi, I noticed some seats you could plug phone into back of seat in front of you, some seats you could plug phone into rack above your head. So not all the same. Unlike Megabus, on the way to London, the toilet on Flix Bus was clean and smelled fresh the whole way. It was a compact toilet which helped to stop you wobbling about. First time using flixbus service from glasgow to aberdeen. A 3.5 hour trip. I found the service to be cost efficient, simple to use, clean and 'does what it says on the tin'. Toilet was smelly but public toilets most are. It was a little cold on the journey home with the air con but other than these minor issues, it was a good service and I would recommend so far, based on this one trip.
Travelled from London Finchley Road to Newcastle (5th September).Booking was easy enough. I really like the feature where you can pay to choose your seat and more importantly, make sure no one sits next to you for the duration of your trip. The app is also a handy feature as it saves your ticket as a QR code so one scan and you're on board.I arrived to Finchley Road with plenty of time and was surprised to see my coach arrive 10 minutes earlier than scheduled. I would advise arriving well ahead of schedule as we left as soon as we had boarded, meaning that if someone arrived 5 minutes before departure they were left behind. I have to retract a star for that as while it is nice for those who like an early arrival, it's unfair on those who have actually arrived on time but may miss their coach (as previous reviews have mentioned).The journey itself was your typical coach journey, tedious motorway sign after sign after sign...
