I love accessories whether that's jewelry, bags, or hair accessories and one place I love to shop for accessories is Forever 21. I've been looking for a sherpa bucket hat for a while now and found this really cute one here, it fits me really nice, good quality, and comes in multiple colors.
I have found some of the most affordable clothes on Forever21.com. The site is easy to use and they often run sales. Shipping was relatively fast. The quality of the clothing isn't high quality, but it's acceptable and certainly a higher quality than many well known Chinese sites. I think for the price the quality is acceptable in most cases and even great in some. I would very much recommend this website.

I've just recently started ordering from online. Started slowly with Sephora, Ulta, Amazon, and now forever 21. Indeed it is my second time ordering from forever 21. They don't have that many deals as in store. However, it is much easier (obviously) to shop online as the stores are crowded, not neat etc. Both orders had multiple items and got SHIPPED WITHIN A DAY. They arrived even after 2/3 days. I am seriously amazed by their process. Never had an issue with getting delivered something else. Its amazing, 10/10 recommend.

Ive ordered from forever 21 website on 2 separate occasions. Both occasions it was a value close to $200. The shipping is dumb fast. I ordered on a Monday and got my clothes literally the next day! Quality varies. Depending on what you buy but overall I have no complaints. Although I think if I was plus size i'd have a hard time shopping here. A lot of the clothes come in small to medium. Would be better to go in store if youre plus size.

The only thing is, sizing can be a bit tricky for certain things like jeans, plus-sized girls and tall girls. Just make sure to ALWAYS read the description and refer to the sizing chart (which is accurate)... otherwise a dress or skirt you order might not end up covering your bum!
I shop very carefully on this website. I just bought $500 worth of clothes and only had to return four items. I have a credit card with Forever 21. I only purchase things on my card. That way you get an order confirmation, Notice of shipping and an email that it's arrived. I have had very good luck with the quality but, like I said, I shop very carefully and check the fabric content on everything. I have pieces I have washed over and over and they still look nice. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 It's because today I had to call customer service for a return label. We all know Forever 21 - it was one of my go-to places to shop when I was growing up! But their stuff started to get a little "too much" and nobody shopped there anymore. Our inner wear shapes are visible due to thin fabric, earlier it wasn't such. Soft fabrics in cotton, georgette will do but not hosiery or synthetic ones which are not sweat absorbent. Forever 21 was my one of the favourite brands all these years before lockdown, since then the production has totally changed due to cost cutting policy. Forever 21 has been a staple in my wardrobe for years because of their pricing and style options! I always preferred going into a physical store rather than going online, but am no longer within distance of one. I decided to take the chance and order, that said I have experience in-person with their sizing and general fit of clothing which helped me a lot with ordering. I bought a bandeau set - and as you can see in the photo it's cheap, SCORE. Took 7 days to reach me + one day for processing. I. AM. IN. LOVE. The set is more of a red than orange so the product isn't exactly like the pictures. It was true to size and fit like a glove. Plus, it felt like higher quality than some of the other clothing I've tried in past. Absolutely no regrets. Total steal for the price & am very happy.
Their clothes runs a little smaller then the size chart, think Tweens and young adults. But I have to say very cute and eye catching. It's affordable and something for everyone 12-53 lol! It's trendy and I would like to wear a sweater to feel like 21 again.

I was hesitating between 3 stars or 4 stars, but since I'm in a good mood I chose 4 (If I could I would have put 3.5 though). I ordered a couple of time from Forever 21 online and it's ok. I always received the right item, in the right size. Although it did happened once that a necklace came in the mail broken up in tiny pieces, I was confused a bit, luckily I was able to return it in store ( they didn't give me a refund, they put the amount of the broken necklace on a gift card - a whooping 6,50$). The only big problem I have with them is sizing. Am I the only one who feels like their proportions are off? Some items just fit completely wrong and look one to two size smaller than the size I ordered. However I think this is just their sizing so not a 'real' problem. (But still like, why do my thighs are getting asphyxiated by the legs of a pair of jeans but my waist is literally not touching any fabric because it's to big?) would not put forever 21 as my first online store choice
I ordered a shirt and a pair of shorts, for the size of the shorts I put size 27, but after i ordered and checked it, it had it listed that i put i size 25. So I talked with customer service and the guy was nice enough but he didn't do anything to fix my situation. In the end my order came fairly quickly and it turned out that size 25 did fit! But that was just luck. I would order from here again but i caution you to be careful when you put your order in.

The jewelry did not arrive at all, but two days after the prom she received a shipment with three articles of clothing that she did not order. When she called the company to request a refund they refund me the money right away. I would not recommend doing business with this company.

I read the many bad reviews, but i really wanted some items from the site (barbie collection), so I ordered with shipping to denmark. items was shipped the day after and took just a couple of days to arrive. the only reason i dont give 5 but 4 is because, they didnt fill out my full address so DHL couldnt deliver to me but to a pick up stop instead. (and yes i typed the correct and full address at check out). The 3 items from the barbie collection is good quality and looks like the pictures. the sizes i got was also correct. i am comfortable enough to buy from them again.
I placed an order recently on 6/6 and paid for express shipping (+ 12.95) and the package arrived on 6/8. I was super happy to get my items so quick. I'm not sure if there are delays with standard shipping, but if you need your items by a certain date/time and don't mind paying the extra $13, then express shipping is the way to go.

After the hurdle of my delayed package, I finally received it. I am pretty happy with the clothes (got 4 sweater and a dress). Just be careful when buying their clothes, as I find it runs a little smaller/snug with an adult (30) vs when you are a teen, then it is true to size. Good quality and very reasonably priced.

This is my go-to for online shopping. The clothing is cheap and cheerful and the shipping is typically 2-3 days after ordering. I recommend viewing each photo of the item online to assess the fit on the model, and checking the info tab to check the models measurements and the size she’s wearing and how it’s fitting. I find their sizing to be slightly inconsistent so if the model is wearing a size small and it’s loose it helps to assess the fit of the garment. Overall I love this site and the app is nicely laid out!

I order from here all the time and have always had a great experience with them! I also shop in their physical stores as well. The clothes are cute and inexpensive. You have to remember thought that you get what you pay for. Don’t expect these clothes to last you a “lifetime”. With that being said they have a ton of cute styles and are always offering different discounts. The only thing I would warn against is buying the “web exclusive” items. These items are usually non refundable in store because they are not actually forever 21 products. I ordered a haul of about $300 worth of clothes with a mix of web exclusive items and regular items. The regular items have forever21 tags on them and the web exclusive tags are these long black tags that look like they’re from a Chinese company. None of the web exclusives were good materials, and the sizing was off with these items as well. The forever 21 items were great though. If shopping online please just beware of this!

I've ordered around 20 times from forever 21 over 2 years and have never had an issue. I find that most orders ship fairly quickly and get to me within 1.5 weeks. I live in Canada and I can just return items in store if I needed to but they only give store credit which sucks. The reviews are really bad here and I never had a bad experience online with them so I'm pretty surprised.
Usually the workers at forever21 are a little serious.. but today when I went in I had the best customer experience! I think her name was Sara (she had long dark hair) she was beyond super helpful! She went out of her way to help me find a birthday outfit!! Ive bought some items a while ago testing out how they are and i was satisfied. so a 1/2 a year later i decided to buy a hual of stuff. just make sure u have measurements down to look for ur size because it does vary and also check reviews. So i bought a haul of items and to say i was not dissatisfied, i loved all the items and ive never realy had a bad experience with forever 21. But of course the last time i bought items the measurements were a little weird also the package my things came in was opened (with a knife) split in the middle but i do believe that was the postal services fualt
Have ordered quite a bit from here. Nice, straightforward returns process. Orders have all been received with correct contents and refunds received in good time and for the right amount. Great prices and discounts on offer quite frequently. Negative is their sizing can be a bit odd - I range from an XS to a M in their items and have been caught out a few times and had to re-order in the right size (they don't do exchanges). They also don't offer free returns (costs £2.50 and they don't refund any postage you paid).

I was surprised when I read the other reviews here since I've ordered from their website twice. I live in Sweden and all the products came very quickly with free order all the way to my house. The clothes look exactly the same as the picture and everything fit well. Of course there were some threads sticking out on a few items but I could just cut it off. For the price point I'm very content.

I placed my 1st order with forever 21 ON Friday, a total of 6 items. Then I read these reviews and started to panic about the order, wether it would irrive, or wrong items what if I needed to return something as I hadn't read their returns policy either. But I need not have worried I received my parcel today (Wednesday) a total of 5 days very pleased, and as for the 6 items I bought which consisted of 2 JACKETS and 4 TOPS at a total of just over £21 definitely a bargain i was very pleased with all my items, I would happily shop on here again. But I can only speak about my experience with them on my end which is in the UK.

I've been buying from Forever21 online now for years. So I just thought I would share my experiences with the site. First, what I loved about the site is the (use to be) affordable prices and free shipping (when you spent over $50 which was easy to do). 99% of the time I always got what I expected. I was hardly ever disappointed with the quality. Shipping was fast as well. They also NEVER screwed up my order within years and years of buying from them, so that's worth mentioning. Now, starting this year the site/items have changed quite a bit it seems. For one, I always knew my sizing on Forever21. Small in tops and dresses, medium or size 27 in bottoms. However pretty much everything I have brought there this year, I had to go a size up. I'm a medium in most of their dresses and tops now, and none of their bottoms fit me right anymore. I assumed maybe I have gained some weight, but my measurements and weight haven't changed. Plus I still fit into their old small items just fine. I bought a skirt there a few weeks back in a M, and it was wayyyyyyyyyy too tight. So I returned it along with a dress that was too small (first time I ever returned anything after years of shopping with them). I loved the skirt enough to buy another in a large, however when I got it, it was way too big. Yet, the medium was way too small. As for the return, everything went fine. Never had to contact them or anything. Took a little under a week to receive a refund. HOWEVER, it cost me $20+ to send back just a skirt and dress. So keep that in mind when returning any of their items in the mail. So aside from their sizing appearing to have changed, their prices and style have changed quite a bit as well. Before seeing a $50 item on the site was quite rare, and if you did find one, chances are it was going to be very good quality. Now, nearly everything is around $50. I went on the other day and saw a cute white cropped top that was $46!! $46!!!!! FOR A CROP TOP. I'm really disappointed with the changes. The site also hardly ever has sales and when things do go on sale, it's never the stuff you actually want. I will still buy from Forever21, but they're not my "go-to" clothing site anymore.

I live in Montreal, i ordered twice once last week and the other time it was last summer, last week i had great discount, great prices, the clothes was all the right size, no error and all perfect!! Ordered items from the website on Tuesday and package arrived on the Friday. Was emailed with updates on order and tracking information. Items all as advertised and described and very reasonably priced. Would definitely shop again!
Never had a problem with this site. Shipping is pretty quick. Some items were not what I expected fit a little big for a small and some items fit a little small for a small but unfortunately that's the problem with online shopping. Anything i have returned I went to the store to do so they gave me no problem. Got a store credit on a gift card which is fine cuz I shop a lot there some people might have a problem with that though, but a lot of the items I returned were sale so I'm not sure if they give your money back on new items. But over all I love this site to shop from.

I was so disappointed when Forever 21 shut their Glasgow store and was dubious about shopping online. However, I've since made multiple purchases online of their plus size clothing and never had a problem! Their jeans are very small made but the sales are fab and they keep you updated on delivery. They also use UPS who are ace. Highly recommend if you're looking for lovely plus size clothing!

There are so many bad reviews on here so I wanted to share my experience! I ordered some stuff last minute for an upcoming trip, so I used express shipping, but due to the reviews I was worried my package wouldn't arrive on time. I used the chat feature on the website, and asked when my order would be shipped, this being only about 20 hours after I placed my order. The rep responded immediately, told me my package was shipped and provided me with the tracking #, even before I got my confirmation email! Not to mention, she was very friendly. My package came exactly when it said it would, within 2 days of ordering, and my clothes were all perfect!
Despite all the negative reviews, I've NEVER had a problem with Forever 21. I love the quality and pricing. Especially what I can find online (considering my local store is very cluttered with their display). I always free ship to store and my package arrives in less than a week. Just be sure to pay attention to the size chart on certain items.

I honestly think that forever 21’s website and stores are so under appreciated. The clothes are great quality, at a great price, and the delivery arrivals are either early or on time. Honestly sometimes the quality is better than high end places. I bought a pair of jeans 4 years ago from forever21 and they still are great while I bought a pair of jeans from good American that had to be thrown away in a year. Always throughly impressed with forever21

I was worried after placing an order for my daughter, I then looked at these reviews 😳 As we were going on holiday in a couple of weeks I started panicking it wouldn't arrive in time, I had the free standard delivery. I called the customer service explained my worries, very helpful she emailed the warehouse which pack the orders, to ensure it went out that day. I used a code to get 30% off which was honoured saving me £50. My items arrived complete and correct 2 days later 👀 All fit my daughter perfectly. Amazing service will definitely buy again. I don't often write reviews, but after reading the bad reviews on here, I nearly cancelled my order, so glad I didn't.

Wow I'm SO surprised by the f21 bad rating!! It's fast cheap fashion, with seriously the cutest stuff. I'm 33 years old amd have been shopping here literally for 10 years. I just updated my whole Spring wardrobe and I'm in absolute LOVE with everything I bought. Some of their eyelet pieces/dresses are fantastic quality and worth much more than $30. They constantly are adding new things so you have to be an avid shopper. To top off their great cheap prices they literally have some sort of a discount every single week. Since it's fast fashion, they copy so many brands, even idie ones where I've spent hundreds. The fact that they do that I think is awesome, because sometimes they're patterns and fabrics are better than the original. I will always love and be a f21 girl 💖
Great selection of clothes this is my favourite place to shop for cheaply priced clothings. I can basically find everything that’s in trend at an affordable price. But I would prefer if their refund is not in credit note.

Item got to me but the shoes were two sizes larger than what I ordered. I still have another package coming and am now worried about the size I'll receive in that one. Definitely shop in-store so you can make sure you get what you paid for. Other than that, the shipping was decently timed despite what is going on. I just wish the shoes weren't a 9 instead of a 7. Edit: The second package got to me and thankfully, everything was correct with that package! They have a return option on their site when you go to see your past orders and send a downloadable package slip. One option you have to pay for but the other is free. I don't need to return them since a friend liked them and paid me for them but just a warning to those in the future!
forever21 got fast shipping even during this covid im surprised, loved everything I bought. I was worried that even though I got a big chest and thick at the thighs (5ft and about 137 lbs ) the clothes regardless if it Was small, medium or large it fit the same there bodysuits have a good stretch but for the one shoulder bodysuit I got a large and felt like a medium but its tight and eventually will stretch plus it holds my chest well

I love forever 21!! They have such cute stuff and are very reasonably priced. The only treason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because there’s always a 50/50 chance your size won’t fit. They aren’t super consistent with that. Other than that I love them!! I ordered stuff on Christmas Eve and it was shipped the 26th. So quick and efficient!!!
I wish I would be forever 21, it was one of the my best ages in my life anyway for everything being done there, I do not even understand what is happening there. How else we could see that ? I am not that sure really for whatever reasons. Wish they had more man wear;))))

I spoke with Customer Services on two occasions and they helped me excellently. I received my package and my order was complete.
