I have used GoPuff for over 3 years, since it first came to Dallas. They saved me during the pandemic. I order 3-4 times a week and absolutely LOVE GP, I recommend it to everyone. I find their selection and range of products crazy good, they are very reliable and fast. Out of 200+ orders, maybe 2 had issues, that’s exceptional when you consider human error. And, each time I had an issue, GP refunded me and was very nice about it. The delivery people are great, and lightning fast. Even with fresh foods, I’ve only had one item in the entire history of orders that was spoiled or outdated. And GP customer service refunded me for the entire order! Go Puff is the greatest service ever, where else could you get toilet paper, wine, organic milk, cat food, a wireless mouse, and quality shampoo all in one and delivered in 10-30 min?! LOVE GoPuff.
Please ignore the terrible reviews I have never had a problem with gopuff if I need beer if I need emergency groceries late at night gopuff is always there yes people say there prices are more expensive but they are a company they need to make a profit and there FAM membership is worth the cost like 60 quid a year for free delivery or 6 quid a month

I tried to log in the other day and my account was deactivated due to "suspicious activity". I contacted their customer service to get this resolved. They have since ignored my emails and will not get this taken care of. I have done nothing suspicious. I have placed a total of 6 orders in total since my account was opened. I have never asked for a refund for any of my orders. I have never abused or exploited any of the rewards or bonuses. I have absolutely done nothing wrong. I want to get this resolved.

I don't understand all these low star reviews because I've been using go puff in Notts for months at several addresses and they're amazing. Prices are a little higher than the shops to account for convenience but they sell a wide range of stuff, offer discounted deliveries and goods for members and any time it's ever been late or something amiss they've been great with contact and in fact I often get a free sample of something or a deal on a discount. I love them for door step after work I forgot to get something deliveries or it's been a bad day and I need treats deliveries. now stock loads of Morrisons stuff and doing more and more deals every day. I have to say it is very convenient and professional. I’m a fam member so that’s a bonus as you get random deals and benefits. There have been a few issues usually with orders with expiry dates but they have always been dealt with swiftly by the great support team on chat. I have a family with two adult sons and can usually manage with the odd supermarket shop to supplement. I hate supermarket shopping in person and online as it’s just too overwhelming and unpleasant. Gopuff have enough choice but not too much. Their go bags are also legendary!

After making an order via ubereats with Gopuff and seeing they were running late with no updated tracking info, I googled gopuff as I’d never heard of them before and was worried to see all these bad reviews on trustpilot. Although the delivery was late, that wasn’t a huge issue for me as it was for fresh produce from Morrisons. I thought it would be worthwhile leaving a good review for gopuff as everything arrived as ordered, would use again in future.

Really shocked to see such negative reviews. This delivery app has by far provided the best customer service I have ever received from a food delivery service. Compared to Getir, Ubereats and Deliveroo, from my experience, GoPuff has amazing customer service, when I have had issues with orders they have always gone above and beyond to make it right (even one time when I had made an error). They have pretty good deals compared to some of the other apps in the market and I use the app daily.

These one star reviewers are kind of spoiled and don’t reflect the majority of gopuff services in most areas. After all, people with negative experiences are more likely to leave bad reviews and tell others to avoid the service after having one or two unlucky orders. I always get refunded if the package is misplaced, I usually get my items quickly, and I live in a hard to find basement apartment. Just be detailed with your delivery instructions, not a big deal. I am literally hooked on gopuff. I order a lot, because they have items that are not usually found in most grocery stores and quicker than amazon. I enjoy discovering new snacks and drinks, it’s refreshing.

I was disappointed to have received some fresh fruit that had arrived in a poor condition, after having no luck yesterday trying to get in contact with GoPuff help I tried again and was matched with Lauren, she was incredibly lovely and helpful and made me feel at ease knowing she would help me and she seemed to be extremely understanding if the situation which made it even better. May take a moment to get in contact with someone but when you do it’s awesome, I lost £3.44 on goods but was credited with £5 to my account for the next time I make an order.

Our order was literally destroyed during delivery. The driver delivered us a bunch of wet bags, broken beer bottle and wet crisps, other items were scattered on the floor along with this mess, all dirty and covered in beer and dirt from the ground. The driver didn’t even apologise and left. We cleaned the mess and connected to the customer service, they told us that our proof pictures were not good enough (which was not true, the picture I sent spoke for itself) and that they offered us refund for the damaged items only, which was 5£ when the order was around 20£. By the way, there was also a missing item and they said they won’t refund it without an investigation. They didn’t care that other items were super dirty and filthy and that our evening was ruined, they didn’t care about the driver’s unapologetic behavior and that we had to clean it all for like 30 minutes. If you type in the 02 postcode, your company doesn’t deliver there, yet magically they were able too get a deliver. What a corrupt business you are. Gifting people who don’t deserve freebies plus falsely advertising that you deliver to the O2, you obviously set it all up.

Order missed multiple items (4 items out of 11 missing). Contacting customer service took me to a US agent for some reason. Once I was transferred to a UK agent who rushed me to the point that they said if they don't get a response in one minute they would close the chat. Terrible. Edit: instead of refunding me they gave a voucher for a fiver which if used would require me to pay for delivery again making it pointless to reorder.Further edit: having complained I was able to get my refund and was able to keep the fiver credit also - hence back to 4 stars. I'm keeping one star off though for having to complain before they rectified the situation.

Pay cuts impacting deliveries.
I really love the app. It's very easy to use. The only thing is there needs to be a way where you can add your name to your account so there can be a name on the bag. Many people order from Gopuff where I live, and the front desk can't find who the order belongs to because there's no name on it.
I was a little skeptical about trying out this service since it has so many bad reviews, but decided to try anyway. I ordered some groceries for a friend of mine, since they’re sick. Everything arrived on time and all together. The reason I don’t give them 5 stars is due to the app not updating until delivery - the progress bar was in “Order Received” until it was delivered. Also, when going to rate my driver, the screens were a bit delayed, causing me to skip the additional tip I wanted to give the driver. I had to go back through the screens to give it. I would say the service is great, but the app is meh.

GoPuff is good if you have time on your hands and aren't expecting things right away. My first order was very quick, but my second took about 3 hours and my third took an hour. I understand them not having a lot of drivers, but my orders have always been delivered, and their pricing is fair, so I'll continue to use the service, but if you're wanting things in 25-45 minutes like a normal delivery service then I would choose literally anything else. It seems to just be a roll of the dice with them.

I just started driving for gopuff. I love the company and the concept. House all your stock in strategic locations. When an order comes through, it gets put together and assigned to the next available driver in the cue. They even bring the order to your car or you can chill inside and take it with you once assigned. I could see this being like the Amazon of convenience items delivered from a vertically managed corporate structure. What's more, unlike other app gigs, this one has human interaction at the store so problems can be addressed immediately by the friendly staff! It totally blows away UE,DD,GH,Shypt,and Instacart lol! The drivers who get on schedule are backed by a nice hourly guarantee that saves your butt when orders are slow. I'm a believer for sure.
I only do reviews when it is worth doing a review. I had a great experience turn around when Gopuff actually delivered my order to the wrong person on accident. What normally would have been a bad review, the staff at Gopuff turned my experience and expectations around. I found out my stuff was delivered to the wrong person I just simply called and let them know so they would refund my order… they did it immediately. After that I get a call from a Gopuff member that found where the order was, rerouted the driver, and delivered it to my door. For all I know they may have still issued my refund. Great job with customer satisfaction because I’m in sales and it is a fact that sometimes turning a bad experience around is sometimes the best thing a company can do to keep a client. #gogopuff

I don't know why so many people are giving low ratings. Whenever we've ordered the drivers have been fast and friendly. We get our stuff quickly. The drivers got lost a few times, but it was worked out and they were so nice about it. They're one of the few places that deliver Soju so we love them!
I LOVE Gopuff!!! Gopuff has been in the Phoenix area for a while now but until recently I could only order whenever I was at my daughters apartment (my house wasn’t in their delivery area)…..until LAST WEEK!!! Yay now I can order Gopuff to my house anytime I want/need. Because they are just starting up in my area, the wait times are a little longer but I’m sure with time they will get the delivery times down to 30 minutes. Go puff has all the other grocery delivery service beat hands down the winner! I try this today Saturday 8-28-21 my order arrived with one hour of placing it. Fastest I have encountered. Very customer friendly as well! My ice cream was still frozen solid. I can't say the say for any of the other delivery services!

Seriously, GoPuff saved Christmas for my family! I was putting together a power wheels car for my son and accidentally cut the wire in the steering wheel on Christmas Eve. Desperate for a magical Christmas morning for my son, we turned to GoPuff, hoping they’d have what I needed…electrical tape! And they did!! I guess it depends in what area you are in. goPuff where I work (in Springfield Mo) Our warehouse runs smoothly and for the most part, as long as your map works so do the drivers. I guess it's a SW MO thing, but we all work together we are a Family. Yes trying to get hours is a struggle but it can be done, when someone drops hours be prepared again it will go fast. As a customer first I can tell you our warehouse take care of our customers. As far as I know, by reading notes left by our warehouse, let's you know who is trying to get something for nothing, by saying they didn't receive their order. The one thing as a driver it ticks me off that lowered our "surchare", from $40 for 20 deliveries to $20, I maybe mistaken, but a surcharge is to help with your gas. A surcharge should not decrease if prices of gas continues to get higher. Now if the $20 is a incentive I can't complain if it is a incentive but it needs to to be used correctly (the wording. Biggest complaint as a INDEPENDENT DRIVER is tips. But it all works out in the wash. As a customer, I have never had issues I've been sent messages that the driver is on the way, if I do have issues it is worked the same way as any other customer. I love this company not only as a worker but as a customer as well. I'm sorry every one who has issues. But here, they take care of the customer as well as there drivers.

I love this service. They have a ton of stuff to choose from and always get to us quickly. Sure, sometimes on a Saturday night it takes a little longer than 30 minutes but that's to be expected. I'm always surprised at the different items they have the prices are fair considering the convenience. Always get excited when I get the text my order is coming.
Honestly all delivery services are a trip... But with gopuff if I tip good ($4 min-$6 max usually) they do great. I do think the company needs to figure out how to account for all the people that don’t tip as the rest of us basically have to subsidize this gap to keep their Drivers making an employable wage. Other than that though the company IMO is a far better experience than any other delivery app. Granted their business model is easier, hopefully they can get some kitchens running with foods supplied by local restaurants.

I really like the Gopuff app. its really convenient for someone like me who doesn't have a car and cant get around easily. i do wish they had more items to buy, and i do wish the way they bag items was better. the time they take to deliver to me is actually pretty good. there was one time it took over an hour to deliver a couple items but it was only once. All the people are nice, i wish they would knock louder since i do have an upstairs area where i tend to be but, overall can't live without this app. Also to the drivers, you get paid to deliver items, not drop them off, this has only happened once but do not call me to come to your car thats creepy. Get up, knock on my door hand me my item(s) and you'll get a tip. I always tip as long as they do those simple things. (including having a correct order)
Having used GP over other competitors for the past year+ I much prefer GoPuff. Their prices are waaaaay more in line with shelf prices in-store where competitors will over-inflate them, they offer a membership which grants free delivery on all orders (which pays for itself with literally two orders, though I order much more) and they’re always so helpful. There was one occasion where their GPS wasn’t working, but rather than leaving me wondering where the order was they called me when the driver was five minutes away; little things like that go a long way. You can tell they care about a good experience. The drivers are always friendly and on more than one occasion they’ve sent me discount codes because they were five minutes later than the time scheduled which I wouldn’t have even thought to moan about. I’m surprised to see their overall score because I’ve had nothing but great experiences and have recommended them to all my friends. I can’t negate anybody else’s experiences with GoPuff, but mine have never been anything other than excellent. If you’re dubious, I’d recommend giving them a shot because they’ve saved me so many trips out to the shop when I get home from work.

I have just used this company for the 1st time and it was great. Within half an hour i had the items that i had been looking for that had been out of stock at my usually shops in my hands, easy to use, i was a bit worried, as it seemed to good to be true. Great for late night snacks, they have got more stock as times gone on. I just hope there pricing stays the same and not follow the likes of others and rise as they get popular as currently its my go to shop now.
This is my go-to company after recently moving to West London. The orders are always correct, the delivery drivers are always happy and bubbly and they have a wide range of products online and the delivery is a fixed price.

My boyfriend got me a few candies/drinks tonight I'm a diabetic and was having a low he figured to have some candy delivered. Everything was included that he paid for and in a timely fashion about 10 mins tops, not bad prices for convience sake either
