I have been a dedicated customer of Motorola products for a long time. During my recent trip to the United States, I purchased a new Mesh Router from Micro Center. I was considering both the Motorola 7023 Mesh and the T-P Link AC1200 Deco, and ultimately chose the Motorola due to its advertised coverage. However, I have encountered numerous issues with the Motorola Mesh system, which has been very disappointing. Additionally, the management software is quite basic compared to other brands. Regrettably, I have decided to no longer remain loyal to Motorola and will not be purchasing their products in the future. Instead, I have decided to switch to a TP-Link alternative. Looking back, relying solely on the product's reputation was a mistake on my part.
While trying to purchase a phone from the Motorola website I kept getting an error message every time i clicked the buy now tab at checkout. After a few tries the purchase went through and I received an email informing me that the purchase was waiting for authorization. I continued to monitor my email because I was worried that I would be charged multiple times for the same purchase after encountering so many error messages at the checkout page. And although I only received one ticket confirming my purchase I was upset to discover that Motorola had indeed charged me twice for the same purchase and withdrew the same sum multiple times from my bank account while only issuing me one receipt for my initial purchase.

Worst phone with the most stupid features I have ever seen! who the hell thought it was a good idea to invent a feature where if you go to touch the screen it turns off!? it kicks me off the internet when the screen times out so I can't get messages or alarms, I had to install an app to keep the screen awake. Every step of the way this phone messes with me, it will be smashed very soon. You idiot people!
Motorola phones are in my experience rubbish. The batteries start deteriorating after a few months and no longer hold a sufficient charge to last a full day. Very poor mobile reception showing compared to other phones using same mobile provider.

Bought a Moto G stylus from Tracfone.After one OS upgrade,from 10 to 11,Motorola informs me I will get no more OS upgrades.Had I known this prior I would never gave bought a Moto Garbage phone.It is Samsung from now on.

The biggest piece of rubbish ever likely to purchase, takes an age to wake in the morning, photos are good but very often unable to open the camera, keeps saying ERROR please switch off and switch back on. Dont purchase in my opinion.
I take a new hand set of Motrola edge30fusion before 15 days . But these hand set is defectec like ( charging connected issue , heating issue , display touch issue , hang , mic issue, bettery loose the power early.) I have go the service center so he say your mobile in good condition ( no liquid and physical damaged) than say like 2 day take your hand set in obeservation and then your hand set repair.i get the replcement of new hand set. Very bad service .

Motorola tech support level 3 is a joke. The Motorola 5G stylus phone is nothing more than a paperweight. It's still under Motorola warranty unfortunately cuz they're going to tap dance until the warranty has run out. Do not I repeat do not buy a Motorola product you will be sorry!!!
My last phone was a Moto G7 power and I loved it, due to age I upgraded to a Moto g23. The phone has a mind of its own when in my pocket, constantly dialing numbers, switching on torch or Bluetooth and this when the screen lock is on. Had it happen today where digits are being dialed in my pocket whilst I'm working and ended up dropping a short distance and cracking the screen. Phones only a month old, the G7 power was like a tank and never did things in my pocket. Won't be buying Motorola again. Very weak screen.

If I could rate LESS than 1-star, I would. I have a NEW moto stylist phone (been using 5 weeks). After 2 weeks battery needs full re-charge 3x/day without much use. Screen goes dark and doesn't come back for upto 30 seconds. Responsiveness of buttons (ie, dictation/microphone) severely delayed. Calls drop constantly.

I've had two phones from Motorola and both of them ended up having similar problems. Apps would launch on their own, within two years the product would be a laggy mess, and throughout ownership each update would come with the phone randomly shutting down until Motorola fixed the problem - sometimes months later. Freezing, camera lag/freeze/refusing to load, and heat issues when playing games, and after two years the fingerprint reader is sporadic.
Update 8/31. Growing accustomed to it and all of its value and performance for such a reasonable price I'd give it 5 stars except for the button arrangements on the screen bottom and its inferior latest apps button. Samsung's had a terrific arrangement, cube like to access those prior apps. This relates to their moto power g 2022 phone. Had this less than a week and I want to destroy it it's so frustrating to navigate sites. There's a delay at times so you'll touch it again and it hits another link due to delayed response. And that varies from good response to delayed response. It's important to have good specs for the money such as RAM and storage but if it's exasperating to use all that goes out the window. I'll give it a few more days then take it back for a trade-in for a good phone and pay more - but never Samsung again so I guess it's Google. But what helps is changing the touch and hold delay in Settings to Long. Helps a lot!
I always got Samsung phones, thought they were the best. No more, my new Moto phone is the best phone I have ever had. So fast, so much storage, best features. I will never change again. Love my new Stylist. Love the screen and the vivid colors. I am completely happy with my new phone. Can't beet the price either. Thanks Moto.
I bought a Moto G8 Power Lite via Giff Gaff and have found it does exactly what I need. This is a mid range smart phone with a great camera and more than adeqaute memory. My only issue is that occassionally the Hotspot function can be problematic but on balance I am very pleased.

I was so pleased with the ease of the return that I didn't even consider another brand for my next purchase; it was Motorola all the way. They get your order out quickly, and most of the Motorola phones I've had have worked well and lasted a long time. There's also less bloatware installed compared to a Samsung phone I own.

Bought a Motorola e6+ sim free from Argos only £79.95 to replace a Samsung galaxy that died after about 1 year soon after the warranty expired. This Motorola is an EXCELLENT phone, does everything a smartphone does, at a speed, with quality. An excellent buy. Well done Motorola!
I got motorola g8 power for my birthday, it's about a week that I'm using it. Can't be more happy and i can't imagine me with any other phone from now on. I don't know why there's so much negative reviews. I'm 100 percent happy with my phone. Yea, its not the most expensive phone, it's not the best camera phone. But for a budget phone, it is perfect for any type of person.
I love the screen, best I have used probably ever. 90HZ refresh rate is smooth like butter. Colors and brightness are amazing. Fingerprint sensor under screen is very accurate. Battery gets me close to 2 days. Pretty much running stock android which is awesome! Drawback: No wireless charging but with fast charging and 4500 mah battery I can live with it. Especially when this phone looks and feels so sharp!
Great devices being released nowadays, I must say very satisfied, not thrilled but very satisfied with the current new releases.

Best phones if you have low budget and want good specsI am currently using Moto G7 Power. In my family I have Moto E2 2nd Gen,Moto E3 and my favourite- Moto G6. They fit in my budget which was not very high. Also, the camera on the G6 is awesome. Also, the phones are quite tough and have proved it many a times. The G6 fell in water for about 3 secs but was still up and running after a little service. Once I've bought a Motorola smartphone, I don't think that I'll go for some other brand anytime soon.I don't know about the service centres, but if you can do anything about them, please make them more customer friendly. This comes from someone who has actually one Motorola phones when they used to be smaller,thicker and old school.

I thought great. Two days later there was a knock at my door and there was a courier with my brand new Turbo Charger. Eugene was very professional and courteous at all times, one of the best customer service experiences in a long time. I know there are a lot of one star reviews on this site for Motorola, but I had a very positive one!

I had an issue with my phone, and they handled and replaced it super fast. They were so nice and professional. I, honestly, love this company. I can't say enough good things about them. Great job!
Best smartphone. Using last 3 and half year. Very beautiful display competing this days high end phone. No lagging on normal games. No hanging but little bit slow. Very hard material. I fall it 100 of times never single scratch on screen. Never used cover, back cover or screen guard.

I recently purchased the all new Motorola-RAZR, and what a phone this is. It includes a great 8 Million Pixel Camera as well as some really good mobile applications. If you are looking for a quality handset, I highly recommend the Motorola brand.

I really have a good experience with this device, the device is easy, powerful, usable with our SR in the market. The noted problem is only on the display, it sometimes damaged when the device fall from the top.

Long time ago I have owned some phone from them I already forgot what it was, it was so so long time ago I do not even remember anyway. Why people leave so negative feedback I am not sure, phone was totally fine anyway and cheap at all for all that matters.
Using moto device since a year. I found it very handy and comfortable. Motorola's moto g5s plus 4/64 has good battery backup, great camera and fluent gaming. I wonder why I am not getting Pie Update..
Not here to complain, got a g5 plus by the end of 2016 and is a great smartphone. Before, I bought Iphones and Samsung smartphones and this device is as good as those made in other companies
I want to preface this review by saying that I've read reviews of Motorola's customer service, but I fell in love with their product this winter. When I had a problem (completely out of the blue thing I couldn't make happen twice if I wanted to), I was honestly terrified.
