I just went in my local NM to purchase my favorite lip gloss. As I was checking out, the credit care machine asked me if "I wanted to donate to LGBTQ+ to support human rights"! Are you kidding me! With all the other legitimate charities in the world this is what you are asking your clients to donate towards. I find this repulsive and offensive, you have lost a client and I will be fighting and supporting everything against this woke agenda, perhaps you should understand your client base before doing this.
Experiencing back-to-back orders with extensive shipping delays made me initially think I was just unlucky. Haven’t received my order after 9 days! Very disappointed with the purchase experience. Tried to contact customer services via chat, and found it very frustrating and useless. Called the customer services number, being told that there is no exactly delivery date. The customer service assistant was nice and offered me a $50 inconvenience refund. But it supposed to be a birthday present for my friend and it is almost her birthday. The lady told me that it supposed to be delivered in 3 days. I am going to wait for three more days, if I still hasn’t received anything from them, I will cancel my order. Very frustrated experience with Neiman Marcus.
Sade made my day!! Today is my birthday and I wanted to do some online shopping but has issues with the website. Sade was very professional and assisted with the issue until it was fully resolved. I would highly recommend Sade as is very very prompt and quick. Tried to charge me twice after they got the item that I returned instead of a refund. Funniest company I know... then when I tried to give the courtesy of giving them a call after disputing it with my bank, and them recommending it. Turns out to just be a huge waste of time, an hour down the drain of being on hold. Customer service reps must already be in on it because you can just tell they don't even want to be there. Giving you the infinite run around. Will not be shopping here again.

Worst online ordering site I've ever dealt with. I ordered a gift on December 19th with expedited shipping and thought I would receive it prior to Christmas. Not only did I not receive my order by Christmas; it's January and I still haven't gotten my gift. So I tried to cancel this order and Neiman Marcus submitted my request. They haven't cancelled it and they make the orders total amount pending every other day without shipping it. This so unacceptable, just wanted a Christmas present for my wife and got nothing. Don't order from Neiman Marcus you'll be disappointed!

I came across the NM CC by mail and was glad it goes through CapitalOne, my other checking account. I’m fortunate compared to other lower starred reviewers inthat I’ve received all my purchases pretty much near the expected delivery date. I’ve not had any items damaged in-transit, no missing items, no undelivered or unshipped items. The items I ordered are the items I received. If I weren’t so fatigued most of the time, I’d love to visit my local NM to shop and look at all the outfits store clerks put together on their mannequins.

I’m not sure why everybody else has had problems. Every time I order from Neiman Marcus it’s a great experience. My recent order was for two items and I used a coupon code. One of my items ended up being on back order. They allowed me to cancel that item and I placed another order for same item different size. Customer service gave me another coupon code so I’ll still get the deal. It has always been easy for me to get fast help from customer service.
As a long time shopper at NM, I must say that they are the epitome of high end department stores. Their customer service, shipping and online site are awesome. All of my favorite brands can be found here. And when they have sales going on, you bet your bottom dollar I will be there to scoop up anything worth buying.

I would like to acknowledge Ms. Simi Mohammadpour who works in Alterations. Simi is such a talented professional and excellent in Alteration/Fitting. I purchased a dress and needed some alterations to be accomplished, in which I wasn’t so sure if my specifics to the dress could be accomplished. I was astonished! Ms. Simi assured me that she knew exactly what I wanted, she was so kind and keen about her work. When I returned for the finish, I was so impressed with the alterations, the dress was simply stunning!!! I wanted to send this note of appreciation to Ms. Simi one of the best that I’ve had to complete an amazing alteration from a design of general communication, that’s when you know she’s excellent! I attended an event wearing the dress and received so many compliments of the dress.

I've been shopping at NM for many years and remember my first impression of it as a child. My aunt had received a lovely necklace for Christmas, and said it was from Neiman-Marcus. Great customer service! I purchased a dress that was deeply discounted, and a week later I noticed that it had been discounted even further. Customer service refunded me the difference in price, and it was processed and back on my credit card in two days! Most other retailers will not do price adjustments for items that were on sale when you purchased them, but Neiman Marcus has a policy that they do price adjustments on anything within 10 days of purchase! I shop here a lot and have never had a problem!
Sometimes it takes me a little while to make a decision about certain purchases. I enjoy being able to shop in a brick and mortar store, try on a product before I purchase it, and have the convenience of making returns in person. With Neiman Marcus I can shop in the store but not feel forced to make a purchase right then and there. I can try on something for size and touch the product to feel for quality and then I can go home and make my purchase online! This works perfectly for me! And, if I change my mind, I can easily take my purchase in to the store for return or exchange.
I used to love shopping at Neiman Marcus Department stores. These days I do most of my shopping online and find the website and mobile app to be boring and not easy or fun to use. Decent selection, decent prices, okay shipping speed. A major pro is the ability to pick up packages for Neiman Marcus from a FedEx pickup point as not delivery is not always secure. The chat option is really quick and have had issues resolved within minutes. The only con would be the return policy - 30 days. Also, makeup and skincare usually cannot be returned if it is opened or used even if you have a reaction. For all of that, I go to Nordstrom. The return process if you mail it in takes a while to get a refund so I would personally go to a store if possible to return.

I love the cute prints and the comfort (they are like t-shirt material). They stretch and give as needed through the night. After a couple of washings I've noticed slight shrinkage, but not unreasonable. I found the pants tend to hit me closer to mid calf than near the ankle as depicted in the picture. The elastic holds it up just fine. The downside is however it's a bit expensive isn't it?
Neiman Marcus has great high quality designer clothes. Super expensive, so I can't always afford it. I use this site occasionally to get something special.
