On Monday June 19 I went into petsmart in Huber Heights Ohio with my two large puppies, 7 and 9 months, there was an associate in the store that was so very helpful. The associates name is Izzy she helped us fit both our pups with floatation jackets, harnesses and gental leaders. She explained gental leaders to us and she fit them on the pups and let us try them in the store. She also helped us fit the lfe jackets so we were sure to get the right size. She was wonderful with both pups who are usually a little skidish and bark but they loved her. I just wanted to let you know how wonderful Izzy is as an employee and advocate for the products you sell.
Michelle at the Oxon Hill location is the best. My dog loves her. She knows how to make your dog comfortable. Some of the others however, need to find another profession. If it wasn’t for Michelle I would probably give 2 stars. These 5 stars are for her and I strongly recommend you ask for her.
We had to find a new groomer for our 3 year old Shih Tzu, Pet smart for us in within a couple of days! Our dog Lollipop looks fantastic, they did a great job and were very kind to us as well as our dog! Shampoo haircut nails trimmed and teeth brushed!! I would definitely recommend them to anyone and we are definitely returning there on a monthly basis!!

Our 6 month old puppy, Maggie, just completed the first 6 week puppy training class at the Surprise location. We are registered for the next level of 6 weeks. Our trainer, Nicole Knisely, is amazing! Maggie loves Nicole. Nicole explains well what both Owners and pets need to learn and ho wrest to achieve the desired results. She is professional and compassionate trainer. Kudos to Petsmart ! We were pleasantly surprised at the caliber of the puppy training classes. We are very happy that we signed up for the second session.

We'd purchased a crate pad for a new large puppy but it didn't fit the crate we borrowed. Our dog ate the receipt and the tag off the pad. Our local PetSmart was able to identify the sale based on our "frequent buyer" / "Loyalty" number and gave us a full credit back. It took minutes to find the receipt and apply the credit. They were awesome! Love taking our pet to the store and walking around. They've helped care for three dogs now. Won't go anywhere else.

He is 10months old golden retriever/ Great Pyrenees mix he was scared they made him feel very comfortable. I've been using Petsmart here in Murrieta Ca. for the last 8 years. Without a doubt this place is fabulous. Every time a great job. The groomers are true pros and I've had a great result each and every time.The latest groomer, Jessica, gave our dog Maggie the best look ever. Transformed her from a scruffy looking hairy mess to a sleek looking show dog!! And the cut was one that will last. Just short enough in all the right places that it will grow out evenly and have nice look for a long time.All of the groomers show great kindness to their doggie customers. I feel very confident that while my special friend is in their care, she be shown much love and special attention.
We Love Petsmart: the store in the medowlands of Ancaster is fantastic. The staff are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and the store is clean and well stocked. Advice is always available and finding staff is never a problem. Our Sheepadoodle Charlie had a stuffed possum squeaky toy his favourite, played with it every day for months. Nothing lasts forever and Charlie was soon in need of another. We went to Petsmart and found them once again in stock, I bought three of them and when I got to the cashier she informed me when buying two of this item you get the third for free. When I got home the second Charlie saw the toy sticking out he immediately pulled it out of the bag before I could even sit it down. He was so happy. What a great store . Thank you Petsmart

Even though PetSmart did everything they needed to regarding my order, and it’s really Afterpays fault, the customer service has been EXCELLENT! Everyone I’ve spoken to has been super helpful, very nice and even sent me an e-gift card unexpectedly. Customer service has plummeted since Covid, but not at PetSmart!!!

We purchased a automatic water dish for our cats on July 10th. It quit working the first week of August. I took it back to the Centerville, Utah Store and worked with Aerin. She was wonderful in helping me to get a new one. It's this type of service that keeps me coming back. Something that Petco refused to do. I am grateful for the professional assistance today

Unlike Petco, Petsmart offers a discount on ALL items whereas Petco selectively offers a discount for certain, non-expensive things. I place my order, get an email confirmation that it's ready usually within an hour, and just pick up in the store and then I'm on my way. Very convenient and I love the extra 5% off. Well worth it!

I bought 6 fishes 3 years ago, 5 of them are still alive and huge! I never have to worry for diseases, I just bought a bigger aquarium because of the size of my fishes and I was worry to add more fishes, concern of diseases etc. it was no problem at all! Its been 2 months since! Prior I had aquiarium and when I bought one fish at a different store, all of my othe little fishes died even the algae eater!

They have really great healthy options for your pet and really have the best of the best. The only complaint I have are the prices. They are ridiculously expensive.

I have not had too many issues with PetSmart.com or in person at the store. I did order $56 worth of retriever rawhide chews and 1/2 of them were rotten so I had to throw them out. Other than that they are fine. They have curbside pickup for products you order on line which is nice. Just call from your phone and they bring it out. Everyone I have had contact with in store has been very friendly and super helpful. They are even nice to my obnoxious as heck dog. (Training is next). The only other complaint I had was I did try to cancel an order one time within 4 minutes of placing it and the recording on the number you call said to email them, I emailed them and they didn't cancel the order. 3 days later they said they couldn't do that. That was a little irritating but still it is a 4 star place. Lily (the obnoxious dog) gets groomed there and I have been very happy with that too. Last con, the dog food prices aren't special. Better prices on Chewy.com and they ship to your door. But

I really am not crazy about people being able to bring their pets in, not all owners are responsible, training their dogs to behave. Especially owners of small yappy dogs, just because you can pick them up and carry them, put them in the cart, doesn't mean they shouldn't be trained. And all too often they aren't.
Petsmart its great animal store, i bring my dog here for his check ups, i named him vincent hes a german sheperd mixed witha golden retriever. Hes atleast 2years old i had him since he was only 2 months old. It was given to me by close friend who died a year ago, hes missed allot he was a great friend which i have known since hgih school days. They recieve tom here well and gets the best check ups of all time i cant complain, i buy all his foods here and his house materials.

Without saying any names, I want to start off by saying that this person expressed both concern for my furry little friend (puppy) and myself as well as genuinely trying to resolve any harsh feelings that I may have had with any Pet Smart Associates. You know who you are, and I appreciate your dedication to your trade, your employees, your customers, and the furry paws you care for day after day. Thank you for being wonderful. As for the groomers I hold no ill will toward any of you, and I believe you did a good job the best that anyone could ask for, and with patience and understanding in time you will go on to do great jobs. But hey no matter how hard you try you can't please everyone, but just remember; "For every one person that hates you, two people are going to love you". 😉

I got my dog's nails done and they were excellent they handled everything very well. Jessica who works in a completely different department when I asked for help she was the only one that would help me I was trying to find a safe flea treatment for my dog when I asked the vet I have to telling her I didn't want him to take anything orally because he has seizures all she did was prescribe me oral medicines like she didn't even listen to me and this is a vet so that's pretty sad but I got to say Jessica she goes above and beyond she is definitely a keeper don't let this one go because she's the only one in the store that day which was March 25th on a Saturday. She was cheerful had answers for all my questions help me find the right flea medicine didn't try to push big pharma for my dog who has seizures from Big pharma drugs so Jessica thank you again this is Odin's mom I'm sure you'll remember him he's the one that peed everywhere she even helped us with that so she's definitely she should get a raise probably should be made manager because she gets it she knows what the customer wants

I'm not attached to petsmarts, they aren't necessary for me but they are everywhere and they are easy to find so I shop in them often, online, in person, whatever really. Prices are descent, stores are clean, cashiers are plentiful, and adoption events are amazing! Petsmart is like the publix of the pet industry, every store is basically the same (but we all have a favorite), they have generally good morals, don't do anything illegal, and different sections of the store even offer different things and even though sometimes a store can lack something another store has (vet, day care, built in crates, etc) over all they are generally the same, and I don't have any qualms shopping there. ... Unlike pet land which I never shop at Negatives would be, prices are a little high, stores can be a bit crowded on weekends,but that's about it. Their workers will help if you ask, will give your dog treats if you okay it, and generally are okay people (and I like that). So I like petsmart, and am writing this review because they have low stars and I want people to know that generally it's a great store.

I took our Morkie to the Red Deer Pet Smart for her Grooming. I was called prior to our Appointment time to ensure the time and date. Upon my arrival the clipping area was a Bee Hive of Activity. A few dogs all nice and quiet and looking Happy. I was met by Karie who explained things in detail to ensure what she was doing to Molly for us. I handed her over and she really made her feel relaxed. I received a call when she was ready and when I picked her up she looked great and was really a Happy Pooch. The price was reasonable and the Staff was great. Looks like a very Happy place. Everybody wore a smile. I felt very comfortable with leaving our Dog there. Customer associate Emily at the Mandarin location on Sunday September 29,2019 was OUTSTANDING in her customer service application. She greeted us at the door asking if we needed help and directed us to the forest aisle for the product we were looking for. We found it, the feline furminator, and took it to the register askingnif the company price matched which she cheerfully replied “Yes we do” and scanned the UPC of the item on the pet smart app and applied the discount. She remembered to ask if we wanted to donate to the store then processed the transaction. I inquired about Cat grooming and she offered the suggestion I go to that department to inquire on a price. Bottom line she did a stellar job that I would definitely give 5 stars. Sorry so long winded but I myself am a retail manager and know talent when I see it. Janis Robertson
We took our shi tzu there today for a grooming. Phylicia was her groomer and she did fantastic!!! She looks and smells beautiful!! I highly recommend her!!

Pet Smart Cobourg, ON. I experienced some issues with a cat tower I purchased. Several things went wrong. In the end they made it right, the issue was solved and for our string of problems a full credit was issued. New store openings have issues to work through. Cobourg Pet Smart acknowledged the problems and totally compensated for that. Great staff, very friendly. They have won my trust and I will be a regular customer. Thank you Pet Smart .
Jennifer at PetSmart helped me find the correct food for my elder cat. She was busy with her other job but immediately stopped to help me. Babe, my cat had not eaten in several weeks. I brought both my old English Sheepdog s to Petsmart. I know store chains can have a bad reputation but I never had one issue in NYC with 3 dogs. Due to being inconvenienced and having to come come back a couple times, she offered to adjusted my price accordingly. I will remain a loyal customer to Petsmart.

took my Maltese yorkie to the grooming center in PetSmart where I made an appointment to get my abused puppy groomed....The groomer, Branda, treated my pup with gentle loving care and made her feel very comfortable and after 1 hour I came back to find a wonderful cut and also my pup loved her...very pleased with how knowlegable Brenda was and I also booked another appointment for 6 weeks later....very, very pleased
When you're buying for your beloved pets sometimes you get caught up and spend money on not exactly necessarily stuff. But that's not a website's problem. Food, toys, whatever you think of - they have it. I always come back to them. And always will. Just a few clicks with a mouse and you have it on your doorstep
I ordered a ThunderShirt online for my dog and it was available to pick up at the local store within 15 minutes after I ordered it. The cashier was able to answer my questions about the product and reassured me that I could bring it back if it did not fit my dog or if he had any problems with it. She also gave me advice on how to get him used to it. It has helped with his anxiety and he is no longer howling or being destructive when I am at work. I like the website, the service I received at the store, and the product.

I took my 4 month old puppy to the Petsmart grooming salon over at Easton. He had Brooklyn Hay as his groomer. She is a 10/10 with him. She was amazing and now my puppy looks forward to going back each time! I will continue to ask for her every time I go in! Thank you Brooklyn!

Petsmart is definitely one of my "go to" places when it comes to supplies for my dog and cat. While their selections are not endless, they do stock a wonderful variety of food, toys, treats, and other supplies. Very rarely do I have trouble finding something I need at Petsmart, and if I am having some trouble the associates are more than happy to help me locate the item either in the store or online. Great return policies, too! Plus I love having the option of getting my dog's nails trimmed while I shop.
I had an amazing experience at Petsmart. Dr. Sajjid Ljaz took very good care of my dog, Bentley, during her surgery. And he was great with checking up on her after the surgery. I highly recommend Dr. Sajjid Ljaz for ur pet care needs.
I honestly enjoy going to the Petsmart by my house and haven't had any trouble with it. The only thing I would say is that they are sometimes a little overpriced, but that is something I expect when shopping in a store and not online. I do support other local boutique stores that cater specifically to cats and dogs and they are often pretty competitive. Overall I think Petsmart is great if you're buying in a store and not online and that it's really important to suport the local businesses. I do wish my "reward" program with them actually produced better discounts
My cat Lola LOVES the temptation treats so much. When she gets stuck under the bed it's what motivates her to get out!! I even made a YouTube video for her "Miss Lola stuck under the bed" by AngelaZ :-)

I went to PetSmart in Woodhaven MI looking for a tank for a red ear slider turtle and had the fortune of getting help by a real expert!! This young woman not only recommended the best stuff to buy but taught me a lot about the care of my turtle, looked for ways to save money and gather people to help me load all the stuff in my car. I have had that turtle for 9 years and bought what I found on line as recommendations and bought it is other pet stores. The experience I had in that store made me a loyal customer!! I went on 2/5/2020 and the first name of the associate that help me starts with K (sorry didn't memorize her name) and deserves recognition!!)
I took my dog to petsmart to get groomed and i loved it! My dog looked amazing! I recommended my parents to go there and they loved it too. The whole staff was super nice and friendly. My pup always comes out fluffy and clean!

I am a disabled veteran and adopted a cockerpoo to become my emotional support friend to help me when I drive for Uber. I was having pretty serious barking issues so I signed up for beginning training lessons - a 6 week class offered at PerSmart on Westhills in Appleton, Wisconsin. I'm so glad that I stuck with the recommendations trainer Isabel's gave us. Don't give up hope, because the training seemed to not work at first, but after 5 weeks my dog is doing beautifully. Isabel was so patient with me and my pet and I took her advice and now couldn't be happier. I just signed up for the next 6 weeks intermediate class. Thank you Petsmart and especially Isabel!

Hutchinson Minnesota Petsmart. I was in the store last night. Your associate who’s name I believe was Dale saw me struggling with my dog pulling on his leash which is one of the reasons I don’t bring him out often. Dale came over and explained how the front clipping harness works and helped find one for me and get it on my dog. He was helpful knowledgeable and he was very patient with my dog that does have a tendency to be hyper. I’m not sure if he is just a cashier or if he’s your dog trainer (if he’s not he should be). I just want to say thank you for having a employee that sincerely cared about myself and my dog. I will recommend my friends to come and I will always shop there.
I took my dogs to be groomed at PetSmart on Signal Butte. They were a life saver during this difficult time. My regular groomers shut down during the COVID19 Virus. They were kind and courteous when dropping off my dogs. My dogs were at ease. Very reasonable price. And they did an excellent job! My dogs and I will definitely be a repeat customers!

Petsmart is made of loyal workers and manager. I ran into a major issue, and they were their to help. Went out of their way to actually do my shopping list I had on my phone.site was down to order online and pickup in store. They honored 5 percent I would of received online. They went above and beyond, for Dog and my 23 cats I take care of. THEY ARE LIKE FAMILY TO ME AND MY BABIES. THIS IS THE FOREST AVENUE S.I.
I shop in store and they always have what I’m looking for (my dog has sensitive skin & stomach so we have tried several brands of food and bath products). I love the Ellen DeGeneres line of toys and clothes they carry and they have good sales. The staff has always been friendly and helpful and the salon did a wonderful job on my dog’s grooming even if it was a little expensive they went the extra mile.
I recently answered a pet smart survey in which I had negative answers due to an incident which happened in 2008 in a Pet Smart store in Latham, NY. Well the following day I got a call from the store manager named Jeff, who apologized to me for what happened 13 yrs. ago. Jeff had me come to the store and issued me a refund of a balance which was due to me. I indeed was not only stunned by this, I was also very appreciative. Jeff in my opinion is an Absolutely Gracious, Pleasant and very Professional Person and Manager. Jeff is indeed am Asset tp Pet Smart!!!
I took my dog Loki in for a grooming appointment at the PetSmart on Eubank in Albuquerque. Meranda took really great care of him. She done a wonderful job. She went above and beyond to make sure my dog was as comfortable as possible. I do not normally trust anyone with my dog but I was told about hoe great Meranda was from a friend, so I decided to give it a try. I'm glad I did. She was also very patient in explaining everything they were doing with him to me. PetSmart is lucky to have a employee like her that puts all her attention on the animals she is working on.
We took our new puppy to training. The trainer was very knowledgeable. We could not finish the classes but the trainer allowed us to come back to finish even after several months had lapsed. She stayed in-touch with us until we were able to bring our puppy back to finish the classes.
I went to the PetSmat in Chicopee Massachusetts looking for a particular treat for my dog. the shelves had all varieties but the one I wanted as I was going to the register an employee was coming in from taking care of carts and I asked him for help. Steve was more than happy to help and went over the shelves then checked a supply room which produced 7 bags of the sweet potato wrapped in chicken treats I was looking for. Kudos to Steve for seeing that I got what I went into the store for. PetSmart has done well with having this young man as part of their team.
I just love this petsmart on e 4th st. In ontairo ca. We are truck drivers we have tried alot of your stores but this store tops them all. They listen to what you need done they do it with such care! I have always groomed my Yorky myself, but I got rotator cuff surgery and she needed a bath and grooming. I took her to Petsmart in North Babylon where Sarah met us and was wonderful. She did a beautiful job and listen to exactly how I wanted my puppy done. I highly recommend her
I bought some great items for our puppy at Petsmart in Raleigh on Milbrook Rd. Everyone was very helpful. I did have one issue that required speaking with a manager at a later time. I have always had a positive shopping experience at PetSmart in Flower mound/highland village Texas.....the PetSmart Hotel in that store is amazing. Bryanna franklin is the sweetest....she is excellent with all the animals she works with,,,she makes sure they are very well taken care of...and she has excellent customer service......I recommend that PetSmart hotel if you plan to board your animals or take them to the animal day camp they have there.......
I visited the Petsmart in Gastonia on 8/14/20. After going to several other places and was on my way home, I realized I had left my pocketbook there. Not sure if I left it at the register or in the buggy after I checked out. I called Petsmart and was told that someone turned it in, not sure if it was a employee or a customer. I was extremely grateful either way. This just goes to show, even in the crazy world we are living in, there are still good, decent, and honest people out there. Thank goodness one of them found my pocketbook and turned it in.
I bought a fish tank with a divider, so I could have a beta and other fish together and I love it! Petsmart is very helpful ...they have a very good return policy . Also , I bought a beta that wouldn't swim, and they took it back and let me get another one..
I've heard great things from a friend regarding PetSmart's grooming so I decided to take my dogs there since my usual placed was booked out pretty far in advance. Well I just picked up my Mini Goldendoodle, Margo, from her appointment and she looks great! Abby W. did a wonderful job & was very sweet. She listened to the cut I wanted and explained the upgrade I was looking for. I am very happy with the service and plan to return in the future. I take my Toy Yorkie, Todd, for his grooming appt tomorrow and am so excited to see how he turns out!
Golden Colorado petsmart is the best. We love the employees, our dog even likes to visit for a special treat on occasion. We buy reptile food on a weekly basis and the employees are always available to help and even spend time showing the critters to the kids. We play there for 10 to 30 min every week.
I have never had any bad service at this location, great customer service and friendly. I do all my pet shopping here and take my dogs to their grooming department, my dogs always come out happy and good looking. I have been a customer for over 5 years. I highly recommend their groomers.
